Do I need a card to start?+
No. The free plan asks for no payment method: you sign up and catalogue up to 50 games.
Where do the prices come from?+
From PriceCharting, who work them out from sales that actually closed rather than from what sellers are asking. We import them nightly and convert to euro at the day’s rate.
If I cancel, do I lose my collection?+
No. The collection stays yours and stays visible. Going back to the free plan re-applies the caps, so you cannot add beyond them, but nothing is deleted.
Does one subscription cover web and app?+
Yes, it is the same account. Subscribe from iOS, Android or the website and Plus turns on everywhere.
How do I cancel?+
In the store you subscribed through: on iOS under Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions, on Android in the Play Store › Subscriptions. The subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
